People & Culture Partner
Location: Clerkenwell, London (Hybrid)
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Reports To: Managing Director and The Board

The Role
This newly created standalone HR leadership role offers the opportunity to shape the people and culture strategy in a dynamic SME environment. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and Board, you’ll lead HR operations and drive people initiatives that support growth, performance, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and delivery of people strategy aligned to business objectives
* Provide expert HR guidance to managers on employment law and people matters
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, talent development, and succession planning
* Develop and implement performance management, L&D, and reward frameworks
* Manage employee relations, change initiatives, and compliance policies
* Maintain HR systems and generate people metrics and reports
* Partner with senior leadership to build a progressive, inclusive workplace culture
1. Who You Are
* Proven HR generalist with experience in standalone or SME roles
* CIPD Level 7 qualified (or equivalent experience)
* In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
* Experienced in driving change, building people processes, and influencing senior stakeholders
* Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and people-focused
