Senior Electronics Design Engineer \n\nDo you want to work for a well established business? \n\t\nDo you want career progression? \n\t\nAre you an experienced Senior Electronics Design Engineer? \n\nIf so, APPLY NOW! \n\nDue to continued expansion, we're recruiting an experienced Senior Electronics Design Engineer to join our well established client. \n\nJob Duties: \n\nResponsible for driving the current and future electronic product range. Supporting multiple departments and ensuring to deliver excellence to customers worldwide.\n\t\nReview, update, and potentially redesign current electrical items to meet quality and safety standards.\n\t\nSupport the testing and development of products throughout their lifecycle, ensuring they meet the latest standards and regulations.\n\t\nGenerate crucial documentation, such as Wiring Diagrams and build instructions, to guide manufacturing and assembly processes.\n\t\nSpecify, design, test, and integrate electronic equipment as per project requirements and company standards.\n\t\nDevelop maintenance and testing procedures for electronic components and equipment, ensuring all products are safe and effective.\n\t\nExposure to the full product lifecycle from concept generation through to product release. \n\nRequirements: \n\nElectronics Degree (or equivalent). \n\t\nAn understanding of analogue and digital circuits. \n\t\nFault finding to component level. \n\t\nGood understanding of the regulatory landscape of the UK, EU and US and a proven track record of designing for compliance with appropriate standards.\n\t\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable explaining complex engineering concepts to both a technical and non-technical audience.\n\t\nSomeone not afraid to be ‘Hands-on’ and work with the team to work through challenges from first principles on the bench.\n\t\nExperience in Assembler/BASCOM programming languages is desirable. \n\t\nExperience in PCB design using EasyPC is desirable.
\n\t\nUse of Multimeter, Oscilloscope and Power supplies. \n\t\nSafe practice of Mains voltage primary (side) Transformers. \n\t\nWorking knowledge of IT skills particularly with Word, Excel, and Outlook. \n\t\nExperience of working with Industrial standards and Directives. \n\t\nAbility to manage conflicting priorities and timescales. \n\t\nAble to travel nationally & occasionally internationally. \n\nWorking hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5pm and Fridays 8:30am - 2pm. \n\nSalary: £50,000 - £55,000 Per Annum. \n\nThis is a Full time, Permanent position
