Join our team as a Logistics Administrator at Imperial, one of the largest kitchenware suppliers in the UK home to Scoville, Eaziglide & DOJO. We are rapidly expanding our team and are in search of a dedicated individual to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our logistics operations. This is an ideal position for someone looking to progress within a Warehouse and Logisitcs.
You will be working to ensure the team provides first-class service and completes all assigned workloads to the company's standards in meeting its service agreements.
Responsibilities
· Processing sales orders and returns
· Booking in deliveries and collections
· Creating picking lists
· Booking in containers
· Create inbound documents
· Update inbound/outbound movements on the business system.
· Hygiene and cleanliness ensuring a "clean as you go" philosophy
· Ability to enforce and uphold all company, regulative and legislative policies
· Safe use of all company facilities and equipment
· Other duties as assigned by the company to support the goals of the company
· Assisting with stocktakes
Knowledge and Skills
· IT literate, ideally with experience using business systems, such as SAGE Microsoft word/Excel at an intermediate level
· You should ideally have some demonstrable experience of working successfully within a Warehouse & Distribution environment
· Possess a good standard of numeracy and literacy with the ability to read and understand English
· Experience in working to tight timelines
· Customer focused with excellent communication skills
· Excellent Planning, organising and prioritising skills
