Our highly successful and well established, multi-site client, headquartered in Belfast, wishes to recruit an HR Advisor for a 9-12 month Fixed Term Contract, to cover a maternity absence. Offering an immediate start, the successful HR Advisor will join a high performing, collaborative HR team, providing expert HR support and guidance to employees and managers across the Group.

The Role
* Provide accurate advice to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary procedures, and grievances, ensuring compliance with company policies and legislation.
* Support the recruitment and onboarding process, performance management, and offboarding activities.
* HR Records: Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with GDPR.
* Support employee engagement initiatives
* Assist with the development of company policies and deliver HR training as required.
The Person
* CIPD qualified (or working towards)
* Minimum of 2+ years\' experience in a generalist/advisory HR role
* Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
* Proven experience handling employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills
* Flexible to travel across sites and access to your own transport.
