Protocol Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated and passionate English Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Middlesbrough. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher with a strong subject knowledge and a commitment to helping students achieve their best in English Language and Literature.
The Role:
1. Deliver engaging and differentiated English lessons across KS3 and KS4
2. Plan, prepare, and assess work in line with the national curriculum
3. Support students with varying abilities, including those with additional learning needs
4. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
5. Work collaboratively with the English department and wider school staff
The Ideal Candidate:
6. Holds QTS or is working towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
7. Has experience teaching English at secondary level
8. Is confident in managing classroom behaviour and motivating students
9. Has excellent communication and organisational skills
10. Is passionate about inspiring young people to enjoy and achieve in English
