General Cover Teacher – Full-Time & Part Time (Temporary)
Pay: £140–£180 per day (dependent on experience)
Teaching Personnel is looking for a confident and enthusiastic General Cover Teacher to join our team on a full-time or part time temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for adaptable teachers who enjoy variety and making a positive impact in the classroom
The Role:
Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
Keep classrooms calm, focused, and engaging
Follow school behaviour policies and routines
Support pupils’ learning while covering staff absences
Provide feedback to schools where required
The Ideal Candidate:
Holds QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
Confident with classroom and behaviour management
Flexible, reliable, and quick to adapt to new settings
Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Recent experience working in UK schools
