We provide a person-centred service and ensure our support is tailored to suit each person’s needs and help them achieve their goals. Our support includes: Daily living support Housing support Support to access local community Vocational support within educational settings Planning, reporting and reviewing of care plans We are seeking dedicated Support staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have compassion for working with adults with a physical or learning disability to provide them with the care and support they need to thrive. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting individuals with various activities of daily living, providing emotional support, and always ensuring their safety and well-being.
