About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Director of Data & Analytics to help organisations turn strategy into measurable, long-lasting value. This is a senior leadership role focused on shaping, selling, and delivering complex Data & Analytics solutions while growing a high-performing consulting capability. You will work closely with senior clients, internal leadership, and cross-functional teams to architect modern data platforms, drive analytics-led transformation, and build trusted, long-term client relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Scoping, selling, architecting, and delivering large-scale Data & Analytics programmes for enterprise clients
* Acting as a senior client advisor, helping organisations move from data strategy to execution
* Leading and developing Data & Analytics teams through coaching, mentoring, and structured career development
* Growing practice capability through training, skills development, and hands-on project leadership
* Ensuring high-quality delivery, on time and on budget, across complex engagements
* Collaborating with other digital, experience, and transformation specialists to deliver cross-functional solutions
* Building and expanding senior client relationships and supporting account growth
* Contributing to global Data & Analytics leadership, strategy, and thought leadership
* Producing thought leadership including blogs, white papers, and industry insights
What We’re Looking For
* Strong consulting experience in Data & Analytics, or a blend of consulting and industry leadership
* Proven experience designing and delivering complex data and analytics solutions
* Deep expertise in data strategy execution, including:
* Data strategy and roadmap development
* Data governance and operating models
* Data team and capability design
* Strong knowledge of the modern analytics landscape, including:
* Advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI
* Structured and unstructured data platforms
* Modern BI and visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
* Demonstrated success leading teams and delivering projects profitably
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, from C-suite to delivery teams
* A leadership mindset with a strong commitment to learning, growth, and people development
