An established manufacturing organisation is seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join its team. This is a full-time, temp to perm opportunity offering stability within a supportive working environment. Working Hours Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 4:00pm Friday: 7:00am - 1:00pm (Flexibility may be required to meet operational demands) Key Responsibilities and Duties Work within Health & Safety guidelines and report risks or hazards Ensure production schedules are achieved efficiently to meet targets and deadlines Operate CNC machinery, sawing equipment, welding equipment, drills, and hand tools Carry out quality control inspections on products during manufacture and on incoming materials Skills / Knowledge Previous manufacturing or production experience desirable but not essential Ability to operate machinery and hand tools safely and effectively Good communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Positive attitude with attention to quality and safety Forklift licence advantageous but not essential Driving licence preferred Benefits Full-time permanent role Competitive hourly pay Company pension Supportive team environment The Best Connection is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
