Job Description
* Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s vision and growth objectives.
Drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product launches, new market expansion, and revenue growth.
Lead and oversee brand positioning, demand generation, and customer acquisition strategies.
Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, ensuring seamless execution across all functions.
Align marketing efforts with sales, product, and customer success teams to drive business impact.
Oversee digital marketing, performance marketing, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and PR strategies.
Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
Utilize data analytics, market insights, and customer feedback to refine and optimize strategies.
Drive brand awareness, thought leadership, and community engagement in target markets.
Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive movements to maintain a strategic edge.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in senior marketing leadership roles, preferably in B2B/B2C SaaS or technology-driven industries.
Proven track record in GTM strategy, demand generation, and brand building.
Expertise in digital marketing, growth marketing, and performance-driven strategies.
Strong experience in managing and scaling marketing teams.
Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and drive measurable results.
