Temporary Tenancy Investigator We’re looking for an experienced investigator to play a key role in tackling tenancy fraud and protecting valuable social housing stock for those in genuine need. In this role, you’ll: Lead tenancy fraud investigations from start to finish. Gather and analyse evidence to support repossession of misused homes. Work with housing staff, external partners, and enforcement agencies. Produce clear, high-quality case reports and updates. Deliver fraud awareness training to housing colleagues.About You You’ll be confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently under pressure. You’ll bring: A counter-fraud qualification or strong investigative experience. Knowledge of relevant legislation (PACE, RIPA, Fraud Act, POSHFA). Experience in social housing fraud or similar investigative work. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload.This is a temporary position requiring flexibility, including occasional work outside normal office hours. A satisfactory DBS check will be required
