We are looking for an experienced and proactive
Executive Assistant
to support our Managing Director (MD) in a central, office-based role. This position goes beyond traditional diary management — you'll act as the main bridge between the MD and teams, ensuring priorities are delivered, progress is tracked, and reporting is clear and actionable.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and communicate priorities between the MD and teams.
* Track KPIs and prepare management reports, dashboards, and summaries.
* Support cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
* Manage the MD's agenda, briefing packs, and preparation for key meetings.
* Handle sensitive information with discretion and provide ad hoc executive support.
