This business has been brought about to improve supply chain efficiency as well as to give the wider parent business scope to scale in a hugely competitive industry where they already have a global reach.
In this role, the successful Production Engineer would be responsible for improving manufacturing operations. General responsibilities include overall process development and optimisation, quality and compliance as well as tooling, equipment and cross‑functional collaboration.
The ideal Production Engineer would ideally come from a manufacturing background, be local to Wimbourne and eager to join a start‑up type business.
