Ecommerce Specialist
Pertemps are looking for someone to join our client’s fast-paced, dynamic marketing team! We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills to help maintain and optimise their Magento 2 websites and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities of this Ecommerce Specialist role:
1. Manage and optimise all digital channels, including social media.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in Magento 2, working with third-party vendors when necessary.
3. Update and improve website content, ensuring accuracy, consistent design, and a seamless user experience.
4. Develop and implement eCommerce strategies to drive ongoing improvements.
5. Create, design, and send email marketing campaigns via our ESP.
6. Manage CRM systems and maintain data accuracy.
7. Create engaging content pages to support campaigns and SEO goals.
8. Collaborate with our external development agency to enhance functionality and user experience.
9. Support website testing and report usability issues to drive continuous improvements.
10. Use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Looker Studio to monitor, report on, and optimise site performance.
11. Identify and recommend training opportunities for personal and team development.
12. Assist with any other duties as required, with flexibility to meet business needs.
Skills required for this Ecommerce Specialist role:
13. Strong understanding of eCommerce roles
14. Hands on experience with digital marketing tools
15. Confident Magento 2 user
16. Strong organisational skills
17. High attention to detail
18. Minimum 1 year in a B2B eCommerce role
19. Skilled in Microsoft Excel and working with CSV files
Details of this Ecommerce Specialist role:
20. Salary: £24,000 - £26,000
21. 30 days holiday (including statutory), increasing to 33 days after one year’s service
22. Flexible working: Contracted hours over 4 days possible (subject to workload and management discretion)
23. Office hours between 08:00 and 18:00
