Responsibilities: In this role, you will deliver remote and on-site technical support for a wide range of IT systems and services. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, networking, and cloud platforms. Your responsibilities will also include deploying, configuring, and managing Windows servers, workstations, and network infrastructure. You will set up and maintain VPN connections (both client-based and site-to-site IPSec) and administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams. Regular monitoring, patching, and system maintenance tasks will be part of your duties, alongside supporting infrastructure and cloud project delivery from planning through execution. Additionally, you will maintain clear documentation on system configurations, client environments, and incident resolution and provide technical guidance to junior team members when required. Direct communication with clients to ensure their expectations are met and that their support experiences are positive will also be a part of your role.
