Role Summary
We are seeking a forward-thinking Project Manager to lead technology projects across our production sites, including ERP and MES implementations, automation, and traceability solutions. You will collaborate with production, engineering, sustainability, and IT teams to translate vision into impactful project plans.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead planning and execution of digital and tech projects to enhance production capabilities and efficiency.
2. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
3. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
4. Ensure solutions meet manufacturing standards, including compliance and sustainability.
5. Oversee rollout of systems like ERP, MES, SCADA, and digital quality tools.
6. Report progress, risks, and ROI to senior stakeholders.
7. Ensure team understanding and readiness for successful implementation.
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years experience managing digital or tech transformation projects.
Work Schedule
37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 10am-4pm core hours.
