We are seeking a creative, passionate, and dynamic Head Chef to lead the kitchen in a small upmarket hotel chain and a lovely gastro pub in Windsor. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious chef to make their mark by designing a menu that will establish our restaurant as a favourite dining destination for both hotel guests and the local community.

Proven experience as a Head Chef with strong leadership skills
Ability to hit the ground running and build a talented team
Expertise in creating menus using fresh, locally sourced produce
A flair for British cuisine with great food and wine pairings
Commitment to high standards of food hygiene and health & safety
Responsibilities:
Smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen
Designing and producing fresh, seasonal menus
Managing and motivating the kitchen team
Maintaining exceptional quality and presentation standards
