Role Responsibility
Menu Development & Compliance:Supporting the creation of delicious, nourishing school menus, specialising in solutions for allergies, intolerances, and medical conditions.
Special Diet Management: Monitoring and implementing special diet procedures within the company to ensure safety and compliance across all sites.
Sustainability and Analysis: Conducting comprehensive nutrition and analysis of our school menus to support our sustainability commitments.
Education and Value-Add: Planning, implementing and assisting in the running of added-value workshops with staff and students to promote nutrition and healthy eating.
Business Development Support:Supporting the sales and tender presentation process, including preparing presentations that cover our Menu Planning, Nutrition and Allergen/Special Diet procedures.
Data & System Support: Providing vital analytical support, including maintaining nutrition and ingredient data, and assisting with our ordering and recipe management systems.
Supporting customer queries related to food, menus, and nutrition.
The Ideal Candidate
You are an Association for Nutrition-accredited graduate with a genuine passion for food and health. You are:
Analytical and Detail-Oriented:Possessing strong attention to detail and excellent analytical/numeracy skills (proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential).
A Great Communicator:Able to engage with clients and stakeholders in an approachable yet professional manner.
Driven:Professional, organised, self-motivated, with a desire to continually enhance your career and keep up-to-date with the latest nutrition research.
Enthusiastic about learning new systems and managing your diary independently.
As this position requires travel, you will need a full UK driving licence
