The skinny
We’re looking for someone special: a mid-weight designer who can turn their hand to advertising concepts too. We know you’re out there, because we already have two such wonders on our tight-knit creative team, itching for you to join them.
What you’ll do
•Work closely with our copywriters, planners and client service team to turn complex B2B challenges into compelling ideas.
•Develop and execute creative concepts for integrated campaigns across digital, print, and experiential platforms.
•Create high quality visuals and polished presentations to pitch your ideas to clients.
•Present your ideas, internally and to clients.
•Give a clear rationale for your thinking, understand and incorporate feedback.
•Stay on top of industry trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
Who we’re looking for
·Someone from a design background, with additional conceptual advertising / art direction skills.
·3–5 years’ experience in a creative agency or similar environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing both design and conceptual advertising work.
·Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop), along with the ability to use and design in Powerpoint.
·Confidence using AI tools in service of the best possible idea, visual or finished product.
·An ability to synthesize complex business offerings into clear, engaging concepts.
·The confidence to present and defend your ideas.
·A collaborative spirit and an ability to muck in.
·If you don’t already have B2B experience, you’ll need to be able to understand complex, abstract and intangible products and services. It’s challenging, but rewarding!
