Job Purpose Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Complex Recoveries Legal Advisor to join the team. The role involves managing a full caseload of high‑volume, high‑value (over £10,000) litigated RTA recovery cases, delivering high‑quality claims handling and maximising recoveries within agreed timescales to support the overall success of the business. Key Duties & Responsibilities Manage a full caseload of high‑value litigated recovery files using the firm’s case management system Ensure accurate and timely updates on the case management system Progress cases efficiently using appropriate communication methods Provide professional, timely legal advice to clients with regular communication and expectation management Take a commercial and practical approach to settlement negotiations and risk advice Support team performance against recovery and lifecycle targets without compromising integrity Liaise with sources, experts, third‑party insurers, and other stakeholders Perform effectively in a target‑driven environment Experience & Knowledge Experience managing a full caseload of litigated RTA recovery or ULR claims is essential Working knowledge of liability issues, including the Road Traffic Act and Article 75 Strong negotiation and communication skills Demonstrable background in customer or stakeholder‑focused environments – with a strong focus on delivering quality service to clients and the wider firm.
