Are you a recent Psychology, Education Studies, or Child Development graduate looking to gain valuable school-based experience?Aspire People is working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Salford that is seeking an enthusiastic Unqualified Teaching Assistant to support pupils across EYFS and KS1. This role is ideal for graduates considering a future career in teaching, educational psychology, speech and language therapy, or child mental health services.The Role: Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups, including those with SEND Assisting with phonics, early reading, and numeracy interventions Supporting emotional regulation and social development Helping to create an engaging and structured classroom environment Monitoring pupil progress and feeding back to the class teacher Assisting with behaviour management and positive reinforcement strategiesWe Are Looking For: A degree in Psychology, Education, Childhood Studies, or a related field A genuine passion for working with primary-aged children Strong communication and interpersonal skills A proactive, patient, and resilient attitude Willingness to learn and develop within a school settingWhy Join Through Aspire People?
