This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established building services company, delivering first-class maintenance across Healthcare contract in Essex and East London
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
* Perform PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
* Emergency light testing
* Fire alarm testing
* Install and repairs
* Liaise with subcontractors to complete specialist works as needed.
* Ensure all work is carried out in line with Health & Safety guidelines and site-specific protocols.
* Conduct routine inspections and proactively address issues to maintain building performance.
✅ Candidate Requirements:
* City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent).
* Full UK driving licence.
