The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate: Excellent customer service and people management skills with ability to provide efficient front of house service Some experience working with vulnerable adults who have alcohol and drug addiction Computer literacy Knowledge of legislation relating to Health and Safety and safeguarding of service users and staff.
