National firm seeks a personal injury solicitor to join their highly rated Serious Injury team in Birmingham.
\n\n
Our client has an excellent and long-standing reputation in the claimant personal injury field, with a particularly notable Serious Injury practice.
\n\n
The firm is now looking for a solicitor to join their serious injury practice which is led by a very likeable and well-respected partner. With ideally at least 3 years PQE in a similar role, you will handle a busy caseload of serious and catastrophic injury claims on behalf of injured Claimants and their families. The role will also include working alongside senior colleagues on larger and more complex, very high value cases, giving you the opportunity to deepen your experience from the outset.

The team has recently secured multi-million pound settlements in birth injury claims, spinal injury cases whilst representing clients at inquests followed by successful claims on behalf of the estate and dependents and representing brain injured children in pedestrian road traffic claims.
\n\n
The firm is looking for a solicitor who has experience of managing serious injury cases. A proven background in either claimant personal injury or defendant work but with the desire to focus on claimant casework would be required.
