This role is based in Birmingham.
Job Description
* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organisation's goals.
* Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention processes.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across the UK.
* Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organisational culture.
* Manage compensation and benefits policies to attract and retain top talent.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR objectives with business needs.
* Monitor and improve HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
* Act as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters to stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant for the Head of HR, UK role should have:
* Fluent in Spanish would highly advantageous.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Experience of working collaboratively in a unionised environment and able to lead negotiations.
* Experience of leading teams that include HR, payroll and recruitment.
* Articulate with a strong ability to communicate and present data articulately.
* Capability to drive strategic HR initiatives in alignment with business objectives.
* A professional qualification in human resources or a related field.
* Candidates must be based in the Midlands and able to be onsite in Birmingham 4 days a week.
