The IT Infrastructure & Service Delivery (IISD) function within Nationwide is pivotal in the Society's technological and operational transformation. It is a dynamic and integral part of the Chief Operating Office (COO), responsible for delivering Nationwide's strategy and blueprint through its Strategic Investment Portfolio. This includes enhancing system resilience, introducing new technology, and improving customer experience, whilst also supporting the Virgin Money integration.
The function also provides infrastructure, networking, and end-user products and services, along with the support capabilities that underpin them. This includes hosting infrastructure, networking services, colleague collaboration tools, and provisioning of colleague devices. Two secondment vacancies have arisen for Business Analysts within the End User Services & Colleague Technology (EUS&CT) team, supporting our suite of Microsoft 365 products and services, device deployments and Virgin Money integration activities.
This is a 12 month secondment opportunity.
