Description
We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Manager to join our dedicated team here in the United Kingdom and across Europe.
You will be based at one of our UK sites* on a hybrid basis (3 days/week) and will be required to travel both domestically and internationally, approximately 25% of your role.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
* Empowering Your Team to Thrive: Lead, coach, and support a team of Associate Recruiters—helping them grow, collaborate, and perform at their best.
* Shaping Recruitment Strategy in the Region: Work closely with the business to align hiring strategies with local goals and talent trends, making sure we’re hiring smartly and inclusively.
* Making Recruitment Run Smoother: Look for ways to simplify processes, get the most out of our ATS, and embed best practices that boost speed, quality, and compliance.
* Partnering Strongly with the RPO: Build a transparent, collaborative relationship with our RPO partner; planning together and exploring new ways to add value.
* Being a Go-To for Stakeholders: Act as a trusted advisor to business and HR leaders, setting clear expectations and keeping hiring plans flexible and on track.
* Letting Data Lead the Way: Use recruitment metrics and insights to spot trends, improve how we work, and keep leaders informed with the right data at the right time.
* Boosting Our Employer Brand & Candidate Experience: Bring our EVP to life and fine-tune every candidate interaction so it’s positive, engaging, and true to who we are.
* Driving Innovation and Embracing Change: Stay ahead with new recruitment tech and confidently lead change initiatives that move us toward a more digital, modern TA function.
* Our main UK sites are in Darlington, Huddersfield and Daventry, alongside other key sites across the UK.
Responsibilities
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
* Inspiring Leadership & Coaching: You know how to bring out the best in people—leading, supporting, and developing your team of Associate Recruiters while creating a culture where collaboration, ownership, and learning thrive.
* Big-Picture Thinking: You’re strategic by nature; able to plan and deliver recruitment approaches that align with business needs, workforce planning, and what’s happening in the local talent market.
* Operational Know-How & Tech Confidence: You keep things running smoothly; managing recruitment processes end to end, making smart use of ATS and analytics tools, and bringing in fresh tech ideas to improve how we work.
* Strong Relationship Building: You’re great at building trust and working closely with stakeholders, whether it’s business leaders, HR partners, or our RPO provider; keeping everyone aligned, informed, and working toward shared goals.
* Comfort with Change: You stay steady and positive through change; helping others navigate transitions, adapt quickly, and stay focused as processes, tools, or priorities evolve.
Qualifications
Education/ Experience:
With experience of leading and coaching a Talent Acquisition team you will have:
* Built up experience across the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle; sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and everything in between.
* Led hiring for multiple roles across regions, partnered closely with stakeholders, and supported strategic workforce planning.
* Confident in navigating ATS platforms, recruitment metrics, and process improvements.
* You're someone who understands how to balance candidate experience, business needs, and operational efficiency to drive successful hiring outcomes.
