A Day in the Life of…
As a Night Porter, you will ensure the safety and security of hotel guests, staff, and the hotel at night. You will also ensure a minimum of 2 security checks at regular intervals, emphasising security and fire safety. You will also liaise with guests and residents in the hotel, dealing with any problems and resolving complaints courteously and professionally.
Based in the Novotel Leicester, you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock. We are looking for a Part-time night porter who can work 24 hours a week, with occasional overtime to cover holidays and sickness.
This exceptional new-build comprises of a 154-bedroom luxury Novotel hotel and Adagio Aparthotel complex containing 98 high-spec suites. It is part of Leicester's newly regenerated Waterfront area and boasts a destination Nine B restaurant and bar within the Novotel property.
