We are seeking a highly personable, empathetic, and driven Customer Service Adviser to join the Mitie team.
As a Facilities Management company, Mitie supports a wide range of clients with their hard and soft services, including plumbing, electrical works, telecoms, general maintenance, and more.
The Customer Service Adviser is responsible for responding to all customer requests within specific contractual and procedural timescales to meet KPIs and SLAs.
Your role involves supporting clients with a professional approach, building interpersonal connections and relationships with both new and recurring customers.
The ideal candidate is open-minded, focused on delivering high-quality service, and passionate about people. We also seek candidates who can adapt to the challenges of a growing and developing team with resilience and flexibility.
This position involves administrative tasks, requiring team members to have a keen eye for detail, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and adaptability to new in-house systems.
The candidate should consistently achieve call handling targets and quality standards, providing knowledgeable and confident responses to exceed customer expectations and contribute to contract delivery.
