We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented consultant with expertise in People and Change. Join our dynamic Consulting Team and work on exciting projects that empower clients' teams, enhance digital products, and achieve business goals.
Our practice areas include People & Change, Customer & Strategy, Technology, Delivery, and Data. Your main focus will be delivering high-quality billable work, supporting business development, and elevating our consulting profile internally and externally.
A Day in the Life of a Consultant
Ideally, you have some consulting experience in relevant areas and are eager to expand your skills through diverse engagements. You will work with clients to:
* Develop innovative digital working methods that integrate with other business functions
* Support and develop compelling business cases for change
* Guide clients through digital transformation and change management
* Engage with senior executives to promote digital and agile practices
* Contribute directly to project outputs and outcomes
* Grow the AND Digital business as part of the Consulting team
* Apply a commercial mindset to identify new opportunities and support client success
Ideal Candidate Profile
You should have:
* 2-5 years in Consulting or digital transformation roles, with a proven ability to facilitate change
* Experience designing operating models and organizational structures
* Hands-on experience in enabling organizational change and stakeholder engagement
* A strategic mindset and ability to see the bigger picture
* Strong influencing skills and stakeholder management
* Flexibility to work across multiple client projects
* A passion for delivering impactful change and embracing challenges
Additional skills that are helpful include:
* Understanding of commercial aspects like business cases and statements of work
* Experience in business development and client relationship building
* Willingness to contribute across various practices within the business unit
