What Will You Be Doing?
As the Service Manager, you will:
* Lead the day-to-day operations of the Tower Hamlets Supported Living Services at Huddleston Close.
* Ensure effective oversight of service delivery, referrals, clients, and caseloads.
* Guide the staff team to provide an empowering, recovery-focused approach in safe environments for our Service Users.

Key Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience managing key staff functions, including rotas, leave, sickness, training, and performance.
* Proficiency in overseeing service budgets effectively.
* A collaborative spirit to work closely with the Senior Management Team on strategic planning and policy development.
* A thorough understanding of equality and diversity legislation.
