ThepostholderwillcarryoutcomprehensiveduediligenceontheCouncil'spropertyassetstoidentifyandprogressopportunitiesfordisposalaspartoftheImprovementandRecoveryPlanfollowingtheSection114Notice.
ThisroleispivotalinsupportingtheCouncil'sfinancialrecoverybyensuringthatallpropertytransactionsaredeliveredefficiently,achievebestconsideration,andcomplywithstatutory,regulatory,andgovernancerequirements.
Thepostholderwillworkcloselywithinternalandexternallegaladvisors,appointedpropertyagents,andservicedepartmentstoensuredisposalsaremanagedfrominstructiontocompletioninaneffective,transparent,andcommerciallyastutemanner.

?PropertyDueDiligence&Assessment
UndertakeacomprehensivereviewoftheCouncil'spropertyportfoliotoidentifyopportunitiesfordisposal,rationalisation,orredevelopment.
Collate,analyse,andverifypropertydata,includingtitleinformation,tenancyschedules,covenants,access,planningstatus,andconstraints.
Carryoutsiteinspections,desktopappraisals,andvaluationassessmentstoinformdecision-making.
Prepareassetdisposalrecommendationswithsupportingevidencetoensuredecisionsarerobust,transparent,andcompliant.
