Responsibilities
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced user of the E Rostering system to join the team as a Support Officer.
As a key member of the team, you will support all associated administration processes, facilitate the planning and delivery of training, and carry out administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the e-Rostering system.
You will be responsible for collecting and analysing complex data, including shift patterns and hours, to develop, test, deploy, and support end-user requirements, understanding that colleagues may need to adapt their working practices to realize benefits.
Comprehensive system training will be provided. You will work across all teams, supporting all aspects of E rostering functions, and collaborate with partners from IT, Finance, HR, and Workforce, which may involve working at different sites within the organization.
