Job Title: Fabricator
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Area: Runcorn
Responsibilities
* Receiving and checking all deliveries
* Checking all material for any defects and reporting any found
* Carrying out all calibration and health and safety checks on equipment
* Accurately cut material, checking in line with QA procedures
* Drill, machine and prep materials prior to assembly ensuring quality and specifications are met
* Assemble aluminium curtain wall, windows and doors
* Pack and load materials ready for delivery
* Following all company procedures as identified in the induction and Company Handbook
The Person
* Unquestionable personal integrity able to regularly achieve exacting standards of quality, individually and also through the direction of others if appropriate
* Proven experience in this sector of work
* Self-motivation; capable of managing all activities
* Ability to work under pressure, be flexible and adapt effectively and quickly to change
* Ability to adopt others\' ideas and bring into fruition
* Ability to work equally well as part of a team or independently
* Good communication skills
* A full, clean driving license
* Ability to grow and develop personally as required by the needs of the Company
* Ability to bring in and implement new ideas, personnel and systems
* A dynamic and positive attitude
