Senior Support Workers (Day & Night Shifts) - Farnborough - £14.25/hr - 40-Hour Contract We are currently recruiting for Senior Support Workers in Farnborough to join a specialist care service supporting individuals with mental health conditions and neurodivergent needs. Positions Available: Day shift: 1 position Night shift: 2 positions (1 male, 1 female) Full-time: 40 hours per week Role Overview: As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key role in leading care delivery and supporting individuals with complex needs. This includes: Providing high-quality, person-centred care Managing challenging behaviours with professionalism and empathy Supporting individuals with schizophrenia, neurodivergence, and dementia-related behaviours Leading and mentoring junior staff during shifts Ensuring care plans and documentation are up to date Pay Rate: £14.25 per hour Requirements: Proven experience in mental health or neurodivergent support Strong leadership and communication skills Male and female applicants required for night shifts (due to genuine occupational requirements) Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) Right to work in the UK Location: Farnborough, Hampshire If you're passionate about making a difference and meet the criteria, we'd love to hear from you.
