Project Coordinator

Bridge Recruitment are working with a well-established organisation operating on a national scale, they are seeking a Project Co-coordinatorto support the successful delivery of works across a varied portfolio. This is a busy, office-based role suited to someone highly organised, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining accurate records across internal systems, ensuring all activity and progress is logged correctly
Acting as a first point of contact for customer requests, monitoring issues through to resolution
Coordinating external resources and workloads to ensure agreed timescales are met
Providing administrative support to project teams, including costings, supplier orders, and documentation
Supporting with quotes and subcontractor orders
Preparing information ahead of site visits and ensuring all relevant permissions and paperwork are in place
Skills & Experience Required:
Strong IT skills, with confidence using CRM systems, databases, and Microsoft Office
Excellent administration skills with strong attention to detail
Proven customer service experience with clear and professional communication skills
Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
A proactive and reliable approach with a willingness to support wider team
