Berry Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a company near Bicester, Oxfordshire.

Senior Accounts Receivable Clerk
Location:
Outskirts of Bicester, Oxfordshire
Salary:
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Hours:
08:00 - 17:00 (Monday - Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate and process approximately 1,000 invoices/applications for EW or PPM Services provided to customers.
2. Ensure all invoices are accurate, complete, and comply with legal and company-specific requirements.
3. Verify invoicing information, such as pricing and details, to ensure accuracy.
4. Liaise with clients to receive purchase orders for invoices without a PO that require one.
5. Work with account managers to ensure draft invoices are approved regularly.
6. Address and resolve discrepancies or issues with invoicing data.
7. Update and maintain customer files with the latest information.
8. Report on authorized job allocations, materials, costs received, open jobs, quote reports, daily sales invoices imports, and consumables.
9. Manage the end-to-end finance process.
10. Handle approximately 1,000 invoices per month, including 150 automated for PPM.
About You:
1. Experience in Accounts Receivable.
2. Driver's license and own transport.
3. Strong relationship-building skills.
4. Experience with end-to-end processes.
5. Attention to detail.
6. Proficiency in Excel.
7. Sage Line 50 experience.
