Protocol Education is looking to recruit a learning support assistant/teaching assistant to join a Special Needs school in Chelmsford. This is an entry level LSA/TA/Care Assistant/SEND Support Worker position required now.

Responsibilities
The students at the school have a variety of special needs, including ASD, MLD, SLD, and PMLD. The role requires personal care support for many students, many of whom are non‑verbal, so strong communication skills are essential. Staff work to inspire, motivate, challenge, and support each pupil, regardless of individual needs, and must build strong relationships and rapport with the children.
The position is long‑term and full‑time; candidates must be available five days a week between 8:30 am and 3:30 pm.

Pay and Employment Details
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position, although in some cases the role may become permanent at a later date.
