Job Description
* Manage administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.
* Provide support to the Secretarial & Business Support team.
* Handle correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
* Ensure smooth functioning of office operations.
* Contribute to team meetings and assist with event planning.
* Maintain records and files securely and systematically.
* Assist in the preparation of regular reports.
* Support other departments with admin tasks when necessary.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Admin Officer' should have:
* A relevant educational background in Business Administration or a related field.
* A strong understanding of Evaluations and Research is desirable
* Proven administrative or assistant experience.
* Proficiency in MS Office and other office management tools.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a team.
* Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
