As our business grows, so does our team—and we’re now looking for a passionate Senior HR Executive to help shape the employee experience, build a strong internal culture, and support the next stage of our journey. What You’ll Be Doing HR Operations & Compliance • Manage and update HR policies, contracts, and documentation in line with employment law and GDPR. • Oversee annual, sick, family, and other leave processes, ensuring accurate tracking and wellbeing support. • Maintain our HR systems, ensuring clean, reliable people data for reporting and insights. Employee Experience & Culture • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, supporting with ER cases, informal conflict resolution, and day-to-day queries. • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes that reflect our culture and values. • Run internal engagement initiatives, wellbeing programmes, and recognition schemes. Performance & Development • Support performance review cycles and goal-setting across teams. • Organise internal and external training opportunities and track L&D budgets. • Help managers facilitate capability conversations and career development plans. Recruitment & Employer Brand • Partner with hiring managers on values-led recruitment processes. • Coordinate job postings, screen candidates, and ensure a smooth hiring experience. • Support initiatives that strengthen our employer brand and hiring pipeline. Strategic Projects • Support leadership on workforce planning, succession initiatives, and org design. • Drive employee engagement surveys and help turn insights into action. • Champion culture and inclusion as we continue to scale. What We’re Looking For • 2–3 years of experience in a People / HR role (e.g. People Advisor, HRBP, People Associate). • Solid knowledge of UK employment law, HR operations, and best practices. • Experience in a high-growth or scaling environment is a big plus. • Strong interpersonal skills with a people-first mindset—confident, compassionate, and discreet. • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with structure, clarity, and a proactive mindset. • CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or working towards it) is preferred.
