As a
Designate Sous Chef, you'll support multiple kitchens across our sites, stepping in to keep things running smoothly, profitably and with energy. This role is perfect for an experienced
Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef
who enjoys variety and wants to develop leadership skills. You'll be responsible for: Leading by example and creating a safe, fun, and exciting kitchen environment. Overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations - including
stock control, rota management, food hygiene and safety. Supporting Head Chefs and General Managers with training, standards, and kitchen development. Delivering consistency across sites while playing a key role in
new restaurant openings
and temporary cover. Driving kitchen performance while inspiring and developing your teams. Every day is different - from leading busy services to coaching chefs – making this an exciting opportunity to expand your skills across multiple kitchens. What's in it for you?
