They train their Appraisers to value everything themselves. No sending items off to head office. No restrictions. Just proper, hands-on expertise. Because of this, they attract some of the strongest talent in the market — including individuals who are willing to step back from management roles to gain this level of exposure, before progressing again. The Role You’ll be at the heart of the business — appraising, advising and delivering an exceptional client experience every single time. This is a highly commercial, client-facing role where you’ll be trusted to work with high-value items and build credibility with a premium customer base.
