We're actively seeking an In-House Recruitment Consultant / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Belfast. This is an exciting role where you will become a vital member of our internal operations team, playing a key role in our business. You will be responsible for sourcing and hiring ambitious & highly driven individuals to join our team, here in Belfast. We're searching for an ambitious professional, with previous experience with a recruitment role (either agency or in-house), who is interested in becoming a fundamental part of our grow plan as we look to scale our Belfast & USA operations. Key Responsibilities: You will have complete ownership of the Recruitment lifecycle in Reperio Human Capital including sourcing, selection, screening & interviewing. Some of your tasks will include drawing up & posting adverts, interviewing candidates (via phone & in person), information tracking & creating a pipeline of potential candidates. You will utilise social networking sites, online advertising & online CV Databases in your search for prospective candidates to join Reperio. Proactive headhunting and using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, will be a regular responsibility. This is a critical role for Reperio, which offers excellent long term career progression and pathways to leadership opportunities. Role Requirements: * You will have a previous experience within a Recruitment role (whether internal or agency). * You should be charismatic, an excellent communicator and pro-active. * Self-starter, able to work autonomously delivering high volume results * You should be goal orientated & target driven * IT proficiency & an ability to multitask & prioritise tasks.
