Inspirations Paint Morley has a position available for immediate start for a Paint Sales Assistant in a friendly and supportive team environment. You will need an enthusiastic and motivated outlook and be genuinely interested in people, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service to both retail and trade customers, while working directly with clients to provide them with paint products and associated tools.
You will receive an award wage, a uniform and ongoing industry training. Store hours are between 6:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday and 7:00am to 3:00pm Saturday.
Responsibilities include:
* Following the “Inspirations Way” procedures
* Providing exemplary customer service to both retail and trade customers
* Tinting and mixing paint; colour advice and matching
* Providing product knowledge in areas of paint while assisting with sales, stock control and merchandising
* Store presentation, stock management and housekeeping
* Workplace Health & Safety requirements.
Experience / Attributes:
* Personalised customer service
* Well presented in appearance and communication
* Approachable, confident and energetic with a pleasant disposition and ability to deal with customer queries and/or complaints
* Honest, reliable and punctual
* This role involves some heavy lifting up to 25kgs
