Personal Assistant
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant supporting the Director of Campus Infrastructure, and the University Secretary & Registrar at the University of Bath.
About The Role
The role is based in the Department of Campus Infrastructure which is responsible for the strategic planning, development and management of the University’s lands and buildings. The team provides installation, maintenance and repair services, contributing to the University’s exceptional student experience.
Responsibilities
* Diary management
* Monitoring mailboxes
* Dealing with correspondence
* Financial transactions such as expense claims and requisitions
* Making travel arrangements such as booking tickets and drawing up schedules
* Arranging and supporting meetings
* Occasional reception duties
About You
You will have experience of working at a strategic support level and possess the tact, judgement, initiative, discretion and confidentiality required of a role like this. Experience working in Estates or higher education is desirable but not essential.

* Skilled at building effective relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders
* Highly organised
* Able to manage your own workload to meet deadlines
Job Details
This is a fixed‑term role covering maternity leave until July 2027, working 24 hours per week.
