This is your chance to be part of a highly respected and forward-thinking Alliance working on behalf of Anglian Water—one of the UK's leading water companies.
What you'll be doing
As a Utility Coordinator, you'll own the utility data process on your assigned projects from start to finish. You'll:

* Review, manage, and present data using digital tools like GIS and BIM360 Docs.
* Collaborate with project teams, designers, and external partners to ensure utility data is fit-for-purpose.
* Identify efficiencies through our Global Support Team and flag innovative ways to streamline our processes.
* Promote and champion utility best practices throughout the alliance.
You'll also help onboard new starters, manage communications through our dedicated utility mailbox, and stay ahead of industry changes that impact the way we work.
Working closely with:
* Designers and Engineers
* The Construction and SHEQ teams
* Our GIS and CAD teams
* External stakeholders such as asset owners, surveyors, and suppliers
This role emphasizes relationship-building, and your ability to bring people together and share knowledge will be key to your success.
Who we're looking for
We are seeking candidates with:
* Previous experience in the construction or utilities sector
* Confidence using digital tools like ArcGIS or BIM
* Understanding of key industry documentation (e.g., HSG47, CDM Regs, PAS 128 & 256)
* Exceptional organization and prioritization skills
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
* Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments
At the @one Alliance, we're more than a workplace—we're a collaboration of forward-thinking companies dedicated to making a real difference. You'll enjoy:
* A supportive and inclusive culture
* Opportunities for career development and personal growth
* Flexible hybrid working
* Being part of a team that values innovation, sustainability, and people
