In this role, you will enjoy a high level of autonomy, allowing you to resolve problems and make decisions that ensure top-notch customer service. You’ll be working from home, starting and finishing your day at your own location while covering a large geographical area to attend to our valued customers.
Your Responsibilities
As a Service Engineer, you will:
* Complete warranty and chargeable repairs/breakdowns
* Maintain detailed records of performance reports
* Deliver engaging product training to staff and customers
* Support the Sales Team in driving sales growth across the UK
* Provide best-in-class customer service on-site in residential properties
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
* ACS Qualified gas engineer (CCN1 / CENWAT Mandatory)
* Demonstrated technical expertise gained through industry experience
* A keen attention to detail
* A confident and adaptable work style
* Excellent communication skills
* The ability to build strong relationships with clients
