Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our dynamic team at THE BROOK BISTRO in the GB. This role is vital in supporting our kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and smooth workflow to uphold our high standards of quality and service.
Responsibilities
* Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment to ensure hygiene standards are met.
* Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
* Support the efficient operation of the kitchen by organizing supplies and waste disposal.
* Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
* Help with stock rotation and storage to maintain freshness.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours.

Qualifications
