Role Responsibilities:
* Promote, sell, and ensure proper distribution of advanced wound care products in both community and NHS/acute settings.
* Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory using effective and ethical communication strategies.
* Develop relationships with customers including TVNs, procurement teams, nursing homes, and key opinion leaders.
* Work closely with Clinical Nurse Advisors and Business Development Managers to develop local business plans and ensure formulary compliance.
* Secure hospital and community formularies and promote formulary adherence.
* Cover the Scotland region, ideally based on the M8 corridor (Glasgow/Edinburgh).
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience in wound care, or pharma, devices, or medical consumables.
* Understanding of NHS buying processes and prescription routes.
* Confident product demonstrator with strong communication skills, especially in anatomy and physiology.
* Experience selling into hospitals, quick learner, with a sense of urgency.
* Strong team player with a proactive attitude.
* Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
* Proficient in MS Office and internet use.
* Full driving license required.
