Key Objectives Provide reliable administrative and operational support to the Digital Essentials team. Manage online communications and coordinate tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally. Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings, appointments, and deadlines. Maintain and update digital files, databases, and project management tools. Assist with data entry, research, and preparing reports as needed. Support team members by managing task lists and following up on outstanding items. Ensure confidentiality and security of company information at all times. Adapt to new digital tools and workflows to enhance operational efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in a remote setting. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency with common digital tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana).
